Curo Compensation Limited (Curo), an industry leader in total compensation management technology, has announced that Angela Williams has been appointed as the company’s new Chair.

Currently Group People Director at Which?, the Consumers Association, Angela’s previous roles include Group HR Director for Sodexo, People and Governance Director for British Gas and Group Human Resources Director for Land Securities Group PLC. She is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with Sovereign Housing. Angela has extensive commercial experience of partnering with CEOs, Boards and global change and transformation as well as leadership and membership of remuneration, audit and nominations committees. She is a Fellow of the CIPD, the IOD and the ILM and has won awards for her work on diversity and inclusion, change and transformation and brand impact.

Curo, which has also just concluded a funding round raising over £1.8m to accelerate the growth of the business, has developed a highly configurable and scalable compensation management software solution called CuroComp which enables customers to manage their pay review cycle quickly and securely in accordance with agreed, and often complex, compensation policies and plans. The company has an impressive client list and CuroComp is currently used to manage compensation reviews for over 200,000 employees across 140 countries. The company is launching additional products during 2018 starting this month with a Gender Pay Gap reporting system aimed at compliance with new legislation around gender and minority pay reporting in various territories including the UK.
