Curo, an industry leader in total compensation management technology, today announced key appointments as the company expands its global presence and addresses the increased demand for its solutions.
Nancy Wilkinson joins Curo as Head of Global Sales. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing strategic direction to sales professionals worldwide, supporting customers and working to develop and implement the company’s growth plans. Wilkinson brings more than a decade of industry experience, most recently serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Saba Software.
Erik Germain takes the role of Account Executive, helping Curo customers drive business performance and improve employee engagement through compensation and pay equity. Before Curo, Germain held sales and product roles at Halogen Software, Intouch Insight and Symbility Solutions. Working alongside Wilkinson and Germain in Curo’s offices based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada is new hire Karli Wilkinson who joins as Account Executive. Curo also expanded its Professional Services team in that location to optimize support in the North American market.

In Melbourne, Australia, Marcus McNamara assumes the position of Head of Sales ASIAPAC, working to identify and solve strategic challenges through compensation while promoting value to Curo customers. Earlier in his career, McNamara held sales, engineering and developer roles at Curo product partner PageUp as well as Containerchain and Fujitsu.
