Imagine for a moment that you’ve just finished eating out at a restaurant. The food’s been fantastic, but the staff – well, let’s just say it feels like they’ve gone through the motions rather than set the world on fire. But here’s the rub: You then get the bill, and see that a 15% service charge has automatically been added. How does it make you feel? What do you do?
