With the 2018/19 deadline rapidly approaching for public and private sector employers with 250 or more employees required, time is running out to prepare and publish data on the gender pay gap within their organisation. By 5th April over ten thousand companies are expected to disclose their second year figures.
Female representation among the top quartile of earners is lowest out of all earnings brackets; this means that there is substantial work to be done in bringing greater female representation into high-earning jobs. But what exactly are the steps that will move us forward? What does the road ahead look like?
